As a Lead Developer on the Enterprise Integrations team, you will help build and maintain software integrations across various platforms for their family of companies. The Enterprise Integrations team is essential in ensuring all of e-com and homestore is running efficiently. This team is responsible for integrating Ashley's e-commerce website to POS, integrating with third-party vendors (amazon, Wayfair, Pinterest), etc. Without proper integration, Ashley could be at a loss of revenue in manufacturing, e-commerce, homestore, etc.

Description:

Ashley Furniture is looking for a Lead integration developer to design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain integrations between software platforms, programs, and applications. They are expert problem solvers with extensive programming skills and abilities in multiple coding languages and frameworks. They resolve errors, provide support, and develop procedures to navigate complex system overlaps. Individuals in this role identify, plan, and execute integration strategies, create tools for other developers, ensure ongoing monitoring, and maintain as well as optimize builds and releases.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies and design architectures for system integrations

• Design and develop highly scalable and available integrations using relevant integration/design patterns e.g., REST, asynchronous messaging, etc.

• Lead development activities to ensure that integration projects are completed on time

• Help define integration and development standards and best practices and ensure that they are followed by the organization

• Maintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture

• Analyze and improve current system integrations and migration strategies

• Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or architecture issues

• Assist with the management and operation of integration resources including computing, storage, databases, and more in a hybrid environment.

C#, .net, Integration, Development, API, cloud, API development, object-oriented development, software development, ci/cd, Kubernetes, AZURE SERVICE BUS, rabbitmq.

Work Environment

This team is onsite 5 days a week. The Integrations team is a 7 person team and growing very quickly! This group works very closely with the business and upper leadership. They will have visibility and be able to bring ideas to the 3-year roadmap.

The Director of this team believes that DevOps practices should be the foundation of every team. Due to this, this team will be deploying their code and building our CI/CD pipelines that don't just live in infrastructure but also live on their team.

The environment is very hip and cool! When you walk into the office there are glass desks and modern furniture. The furniture designers sit in the same building and are eager, excited, and furniture fashion-forward.
