Job Description

An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for an IT Business Analyst. This person will:

Partner with designated Project Manager to communicate between the business teams and the IT teams throughout the duration of assigned projects

Perform all QA tasks as relevant to the project including but not limited to writing and executing test scripts, UAT processes, etc.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously

Partner with various business groups and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience as an IT business analyst

Experience working in a Waterfall environment

Experience managing QA/UAT testing for projects

Experience with Visio and Excel for process and workflows

Excellent communication both written and verbal Experience with Agresso

Experience with ServiceNow

Experience with Workday

Experience with Salesforce null
