Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join their team! As a Marketing Data Analyst specializing in digital marketing, youll play a crucial role within our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility involves analyzing and interpreting digital marketing data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance marketing outcomes. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics and digital marketing systems, youll extract actionable insights from complex datasets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PowerBI, SQL, and BigQuery, with experience in audience development and integration support for platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Looker (Enterprise), and PowerBI. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of digital marketing analytics and broader data management practices, interfacing with other strategic business units. Ultimately, your goal is to leverage data to positively impact campaign performance, user experience, and ad spend efficiency. Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field

3 or more years of digital marketing analytics experience

Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) (PowerBI language)

Proficiency in PowerBI/Looker Studio/Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation

Strong SQL skills, for data querying, manipulation, and extraction

Experience with Server-Side Tag Management

Proficiency in BigQuery for data storage, management, and analysis

Experience in Customer Data Modeling and Integration support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud - major part of the future for them Experience with Looker Studio and audience development

Familiarity with advertising platforms and leveraging first-party data for improving ad performance

Experience developing pipelines and integrations to ingest, automate and export data

Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HL7 null
