We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a knack for managing high-volume accounts payable functions. If you excel in maintaining accuracy under pressure and are experienced in QuickBooks, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software tools.

• strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and AP processes

salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and authorization in accordance with company policies.

• Manage weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers to ensure timely vendor payments.

• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve invoice or payment issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve payment-related concerns.

• Assist with month-end close by preparing AP accruals and reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger.

• Monitor and maintain compliance with tax regulations, including W-9 collection and 1099 reporting.

• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the AP function.
