Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Responsible for Speciality Valves & Welding / Cryogenic Testing (TMBV / TX3 / Univalve & Edward).

• Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly targets set by the management.

• Manufacturing the quality product as per the design specification and customer requirements.

• Ensuring on time delivery.

• Responsible for outsourcing activities towards increasing the total volume of manufacturing.

• Responsible for development and establishment of new products.

• Planning and scheduling the manpower requirements for manufacturing.

• Motivating and training the team towards achieving the best result in terms of production and quality.

• Accountable for monthly and yearly Sales target,

• Accountable for reducing the rejection and rework also customer complaint.

• Accountable for mobilizing the people and resource for the operation.

• Accountable for shop floor audit and NC related closings.

• Accountable for cost savings.

• Contract bill signing authorization.

• NBDN Sign authorization

• Accountable for System and audit related issues.

• Develop the people with proper training.

• -DME / BE with minimum 15 Yrs experience in relevant field.

Preferred Skills :

• Expertise in Shell TAT

• Cryogenic Testing

• Accountable for monthly and yearly Sales target,

• Accountable for mobilizing the people and resource for the operation.

• Accountable for shop floor audit and NC related closings.

• Codes & Standard Knowledge – ASTM, API, ISO, ASME, ANSI, CE,

• ATEX, BS, EN, DIN, OSHAS

• Knowledge on Welding process & Inspection

• Knowledge on SAP

• Knowledge on Leader ship quality.
