Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage website projects and product marketing initiatives.
Define project scope, set timelines, and allocate resources to ensure seamless execution from ideation to post-launch.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and goal achievement.
Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Conduct post-launch reviews, implementing iterative improvements based on user feedback and data analytics.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for website optimization, feature enhancements, and improved user engagement.
Lead promotional campaigns and website updates, supporting the brand's overall marketing and promotional strategies.
Oversee content management and localization efforts, ensuring relevance across different markets and regions.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing website design projects, with a portfolio showcasing successful website launches, improvements, and optimizations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple website projects and product marketing initiatives simultaneously, optimize resources, and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, branding, and content creation.
Proficient in user experience design principles and able to advocate for a user-centric approach in website development.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure websites are inclusive and usable by diverse audiences.
In-depth understanding of market dynamics, user behavior, and digital trends, enabling proactive adjustments in strategy for competitive advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly presenting complex ideas to stakeholders and aligning teams on project goals.
Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, contributing to engaging website content, promotional materials, and comprehensive project documentation.
Fluency in both written and verbal English, essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
