Oracle Senior Finance Manager/Business Partner - NAA CORE in Tallahassee, Florida

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a dual role in supporting both the Global Applications Finance (GBF) organization and the SVP of our renewals and expansion team (CORE). Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will work closely with senior leadership, including the SVP of Finance and SVP of Sales, to drive strategic initiatives. Your management skills will be crucial in leading and mentoring a small team, while your financial acumen will be instrumental in providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance to the CORE SVP. As a leader, you will model and instill the team’s bias towards action, inclusive collaboration, and positive persistence, while showing grit and determination in the face of obstacles. Responsibilities
As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will manage the finance team and drive key cross functional business practices such as management of the budget and forecasting processes. Your will prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget. Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitor divisions and subsidiaries adherence to budgets. Develop, implement, and integrate financial practices across multiple organizations and locations. Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies, practices, and process changes.
Senior Manager Level Position Leading a Small team of junior staff
Partners with SVP of the Renewals & Expansion org . Provide day to day finance support and strategic guidance.
Budgeting, forecasting, corporate reporting and financial modeling driving P&L impact.
Cross functional collaboration across LOB
Key contributor QBR’s owning financial information and crafting story-line
Drives Expansion forecasting, partnering with the Industry Finance business partners to provide information.
Drives Renewal forecasting including streamline of process and alignment to global tools and standards
Globally Owns the Design and Implementation of Process and Tools to achieve goals of more Centralization, Optimization, and Efficiency
Take lead role on strategic projects focused on tool integration and automation
Partner closely with Global Applications Finance team to ensure tool and forecast process efficiently captures drivers one to two levels below the Regional EVP.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
