Summary/Objective

[As a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency are maintained throughout our organization and you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our comprehensive quality assurance programs and Quality Management System (QMS). This is a Quality Assurance Manager position supporting all Business Units (People, Business, Program, Growth) and contracted programs. This individual will be responsible for leading Quality Program Team(s) (QPT). The QAM will lead this team through corporate functions, compliance, proposal efforts, program startup, and program execution. The QAM will be the lead Quality and Program Performance interface to the Proposal Managers, Program Managers, and Business Unit Leaders. The Quality Assurance Manager coordinates with other managers and key stakeholders to identify critical success factors, develop measurement systems, and implement continuous process improvement methodologies in quality control throughout our company.
