Description

We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change and Policy Management Lead with extensive experience in managing large-scale organizational projects, policy coordination, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Policy Management Systems, and Emergency Notification Systems, bringing leadership and strategic insight to company initiatives.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), with at least 5 years leading the implementation of large-scale projects.

7+ years of experience working with Policy Management Systems, with preference for experience with platforms such as PowerDMS.

7+ years of experience in Policy Coordination and process improvement, with preference for certifications in Lean/Rapid Process Improvement.

5+ years of experience with Emergency Notification Systems, with preference for experience with platforms like Everbridge.

2+ years of experience with Travel Management System administration.

10+ years of experience in mid-to-senior level administrative support and Human Resources coordination.
