    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with team leader and program owners for understanding of the functional and system requirements;

  • Work as a member of a small, multifunctional technical team;

  • Gather requirements for business processes;

  • Develop and design new applications in Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365;

  • Maintain existing applications by identifying and correcting software defects;

  • Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement;

  • Modify applications based on functional and system requirements;

  • Continuing education by investigating and developing skills in new technologies;

  • Document current and future processes that impact technology operations and services. Share created documentation to a central repository for use by other members of Information Systems;

  • Suggest procedural changes – if applicable- to improve operations specific to Information Systems;

  • Continuously evaluate and improve efficiency of technology resources;

  • Perform related work as required.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Basic understanding of applications;

  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages) preferred;

  • Knowledge of Office 365 (MS Teams and SharePoint preferred);

  • Knowledge of Front End, Java Script, HTML, and CSS;

  • Knowledge of Back End Azure, SQL Data Storage and Retrieval, Store Procedures, Batch Jobs, and PowerShell;

  • Willingness to learn;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others;

  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments;

  • Strong critical thinking and research skills;

  • Ability to solve technical problems quickly and completely;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and service requests;

  • Computer Science degree, web development, or applications development degree preferred.
