Do you have a drive to provide great customer service and can navigate help desk ticketing systems and/or other task-management software? We are seeking an Operations Review Specialist for our Customer Response Team who is dedicated, friendly, and can help resolve customer issues. Ability to organize, monitor and maintain computer and other electronic property is key to the functions of this job. Understanding of user access and access management for computer systems is preferred. Must be able to review reports and identify operational needs, providing management support for property, equipment and software system user access planning. This position leads annual property inventory reviews and user access reviews, coordinates receipt and assignment of new devices, and supports the division's employees when computer workstations and other devices need replacement.
The Division of Medical Quality Assurance, Department of Health, licenses and regulates Florida health care practitioners. This position is located full-time, onsite, at the Tallahassee office. Training and skill development is valued and expected at MQA, and this role has an opportunity to work with offices across the division for operations support. The successful candidate may be assigned to special projects and assignments as the division or Department requires.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Assists management with analyzing and developing improved managerial policies, practices, methods, procedures, and organizational structures.
Manages, plans, and organizes the administration of the division’s property management activities, including maintaining equipment inventories.
Provides liaison support between the division and other Department offices regarding IT equipment and system user support, specifically user access.
Assists management in the evaluation of work measurement studies, operational audits, and other elements of property management and property administration.
Formulates recommendations to solve issues and prepares report findings .
Assists management in the development and implementation of office policies, procedures and desk guides.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Understand the department’s technology and hardware uses and practices and exercise independent judgement in working with internal and external stakeholders.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, summarize and compartmentalize high-level information, and organize information and data.
