JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs business analyst work in the Data and Safeguarding Management Process and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with statistical, financial, management reports, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Compiling and analyzing data, determine effectiveness and make recommendations.

  • Collaborating with others using technology, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Revising procedures, work instructions and related materials using strong proofreading abilities and proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and logical content flow.

  • Using technology to research and evaluate information and resolve complex issues.

  • Generating and maintaining monthly statistics reports and participating and assisting with forecasting and trend analysis.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.

  • Two years of experience generating and maintaining reports.

  • Two years of experience communicating and working with team members on multiple organizational levels.

  • Two years of experience creating, modifying, and reviewing documents and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

    PREFERENCES:

  • Preference may be given to candidates with Region or Program Office Child Support experience.

  • Strong proofreading abilities and proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and logical content flow.

  • Preference may be given for experience providing quality customer service.

    SALARY: $46,668.00 - $64,567.80.
