Oracle NetSuite is seeking an exceptional individual contributor to take on the role of Senior Program Lead, focusing on driving innovative certification and eLearning initiatives. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for education and technology, who will play a critical role in enhancing the overall learner experience.
Role Overview:
The Senior Program Lead is responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of our certification program, including designing curriculum, managing the certification process, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. They will work independently, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our learners. We're looking for a creative and innovative individual who can bring fresh ideas and expertise to our eLearning initiatives, particularly in the realm of AI-enhanced learning and gamification.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive eLearning certification programs, including course curriculum, learning objectives, and assessment strategies.
Utilize generative AI technologies to enhance exam creation and maintenance, keeping content up-to-date and relevant.
Develop and implement gamification strategies to drive customer engagement, including designing incentives, challenges, and rewards that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and business leaders to integrate industry insights and best practices.
Conduct needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and propose effective learning solutions.
Implement and maintain quality standards for eLearning content, aligning with organizational goals and branding.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in eLearning, particularly AI applications, to continuously improve the learning journey.
Manage content creation projects using scrum/agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery and adaptability.
Project manage the end-to-end development and launch of certification programs, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Analyze program metrics and learner feedback to evaluate success and make data-driven improvements.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Significant experience in eLearning program management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering certification programs, including exam development and maintenance.
Proficiency in leveraging generative AI for eLearning, especially in exam creation and content personalization.
Experience with designing and implementing gamification elements in eLearning programs, including the use of game mechanics, rewards, and leaderboards.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
In-depth knowledge of learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools, Articulate 360 a plus.
Understanding of adult learning principles and interactive learning design.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
Familiarity with scrum/agile project management, certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO) are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, a recognized professional certification or a demonstrated equivalent level of knowledge and experience in eLearning program management. A master's degree in a related field is preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
