The HR Business Partner Lead for the Home Solutions Strategy Advancement organization leads the people management agenda in a business unit/area, and acts as a facilitator for the company's management team. Applies broad experience in various Humana Resources (HR) areas of expertise. The HR Business Partner Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The HR Business Partner Lead will play a key role in driving organizational success and HR transformation by partnering with business leaders and region HRBPs to facilitate knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices, and standardization of HR processes across the Home Solutions Segment of CenterWell.
Serves as the lead HR Business Partner for the Home Solutions Strategy Advancement organization, advising on people strategies that align with operational goals. Builds trusted business relationships with leaders, applying broad HR expertise in various areas including strategic workforce planning, talent development, application of compensation practices and talent acquisition. Additionally, this position will be responsible for representing Home Solutions people data needs and partnering closely with People Analytics to provide critical data needed to increase talent attraction and retention and enhance decision-making.
Essential Functions:
Lead and/or support execution of People Plan initiatives to drive talent attraction and retention, and which foster a high-performance culture.
Lead and Influence HR transformation that drive both short- and long-term success.
Facilitate knowledge sharing between regions to promote adoption of best practices and increased efficiencies.
Develop and implement frameworks for increasing consistency in HR operations across regions.
Drive performance improvement and provoke positive changes in people management.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of programs and actions. Monitor performance, generate insights, and recommend course corrections to ensure success.
Strengthen organizational practices and controls related to talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
Leverage data analytics to support HR decision-making, providing insights into talent retention, employee engagement, turnover trends and root cause, and workforce planning.
Lead the development of data-driven HR reports to guide leadership in strategic decision-making and resource allocation to support achievement of strategic goals and budget.
Ensure effective use of HR technology and tools to collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics.
Partner with M & A team and region leadership to ensure and support successful acquisition and integration of acquired organization.
Lead change management efforts to drive successful implementation of new processes and standards, coordinating with HRBPs team and appropriate SMEs.
Collaborate with other HR colleagues and CoE specialty partners (e.g., People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Culture and Engagement, DEI) to drive cohesive HR programs and strengthen culture.
Present and report on HR metrics and strategic priorities to senior leadership.
Confidential and special projects to ensure the organizational efficiency.
Ability to advise on workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure a pipeline of top talent is in place for future leadership.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Experience coaching and advising senior leaders on human resource strategy, to include workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure a pipeline of top talent is in place for future leadership.
Demonstrated ability to advise on workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure a pipeline of top talent is in place for future leadership.
Able to lead and/or facilitate effective change initiatives and activate change through influence rather than direct oversight.
7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic business partnership, talent management, and data analysis.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analytics and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret various performance analytics and identify meaningful insights.
Proven track record of contributing to improvements in talent retention.
Strong proficiency in navigating HRIS, business intelligence software, and other technology necessary to perform essential functions of the role.
Ability to accommodate approximately 10% of travel based on business requirements.
Preferred skills:
PHR/SPHR certification
Master’s degree
Experience within healthcare industry and with a multi-site, multi-state employer
Experience working within a highly matrixed organization

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
