The 3rd Shift Fire Watch is responsible for maintaining fire safety during overnight hours at the apartment complex. This role involves conducting regular patrols, monitoring for fire hazards, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. This position requires attention to detail, observational skills, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies.

salary: $13 - $15 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 6 PM - 8 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of assigned areas to identify potential fire hazards.

• Monitor fire safety systems and report any malfunctions or irregularities.

• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, inspections, and any incidents.

• Ensure emergency exits and evacuation routes are clear.

• Respond promptly to fire alarms and follow emergency protocols.

• Report any safety or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

• Coordinate with local fire departments if necessary.

• Assist in evacuations and guide residents in case of emergency.
