Job Description:

日本のお客様向けコールセンターでの仕事となります。お電話での集荷や見積もりの依頼、輸出／輸入される貨物に関する状況確認や問い合わせに対応していただく業務のほか、貨物の破損や紛失等の報告があった際の調査、海外のUPSとのやり取りやお客様からのメールでのお問合せ等に対応する業務もあります。

仕事内容：

1) 日本からの電話の対応。候補者は日本語での会話、読み書きが問題なくでき、N1資格を保有されていることが必須となります。

2) 会社が目標とする通話量／メール量と対応時間を達成すること。

3) 勤務スケジュールは日本のカレンダー通りとなります。台湾の祝日は勤務する必要があります。

Provide one call solution to Japan Service hotline.

The candidate must be fluent in Japanese, able to handle Japanese customers concerns via phone and email, the working location is based in Taiwan

Job Description

1) Answer Japan customer's inbound call, candidate must be very fluent in Japanese speaking, reading, and writing, N1 qualification is required.

2) Able to Independently complete the customer's request and communicate with respective department.

3) To Meet company goal on call volume and handling time.

4) Be flexible on working hours, the work schedule is following with Japanese Calendar, and need to work on Taiwan holidays.
