We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion efforts in the China exporter market and Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, strong relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record in driving new business growth. This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on self-prospecting to identify and secure new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Identify, develop, and implement strategies to penetrate the China and Taiwan markets effectively. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Collaborate with marekting to create tailored promotional campaigns for the region.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationsihps with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders. act as the primary point of contract for major accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, logistics, and customer service teams to enusre alignment in delivering value to custmers and addressing any challenges.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management. Use insignts to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Networking: Represent the comany at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new business contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on new business development in China exporter market and Taiwan.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in competitive markets.

  • Strong understanding of cultura nuances and business pratices in China and Taiwan.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
