Description

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Integrated Business Planning:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Marketing/ Commercial/ Finance/ Regional SC) to get consensus forecast and BP-DP alignment;

  • Review and update NPI status

  • Identify risks and opportunities of IBP

  • Supply Planning

  • Plan inventory build-up for events (site changes, license issue, discontinuance, holidays, and etc.) to assure product availability and secure customers satisfaction

  • Inventory Management:

  • Periodically co-work with Marketing to review planning parameters.

  • Analyze non-performing consignment, suggest action plan for improvement

  • Reduce and prevent ESO (Excess, slowing moving, obsolete) inventory

  • Suggest preventive actions to minimize inventory write-off

  • PO management:

  • Place po and follow up PO status to assure timely replenishment

  • Backorder management

  • Supply Chain KPIs measurement and improvement:

  • Propose, communicate and align KPI target for responsible products.

  • Analyze root causes for SC KPI including DOS, OTIFD, ESO, MAPE, Write-off.

  • Suggest & take actions to improve SC performance

  • Material Master Management: Accurately and timely maintain product master and inter-company price to assure PO accuracy and avoid non-conformance

  • Initiatives and projects management

  • SOX control: Develop Supply Chain related procedures & policies, design SOP, review DCM & SOD, and assure compliance.

  • People management: Compliance, Goal setting, DE&I, coaching, performance evaluation, development

Qualifications

Required Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong leadership, influence, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of Demand Planning and Inventory Management.

  • Analytical and process oriented with an interest/aptitude in operations.

  • Communication and presentation skills
