Meaningful Work From Day One

The Supply Chain Manager will be taking the lead to support the Taiwan Local market from a Supply Chain perspective. This position is an all-round role involving a variety of fundamental disciplines including Importation, Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Inventory & 3PL Warehouse Management, as well as Order Processing that are critical to the success of the market, which is expanding with a lot of opportunities.

This is a role where you willl need to be in the office 4 days per week with the option to work from home on Fridays.

What You Can Expect

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:

• Support financial targets by proactively managing any issues related to supply, stock, warehouse and logistics, and order processing

• Develop strategies for managing supply risk through identification, assessments and prioritization of risk in supply area and constraint planning

• Take a Lead role in monthly IBP and forecast review meetings with Commercial Leaders to develop a consensus forecast, identify forecast gap and changes

• Analyze and confirm forecast demand and input figures into system

• Collaborate with Global Supply Planning on replenishment orders to Taiwan local warehouse based on latest demand and inventory levels

• Support Portfolio development by completing new brand, product and SKU introductions / rationalizations, including any special pack/ label requirements

3PL Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Monitor performance of 3PL warehouse in Taiwan, in terms of inventory accuracy, on-time delivery of inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, documents & data accuracy

• Lead contract renewal process, manage logistics cost and negotiate favorable rates and terms

• Manage overall inventory holdings and stock turns

• Monitor inventory level to ensure continuous supply; present risks, scenarios and proposals to Commercial Leaders

• Develop and Implement inventory strategies which cater for markets needs

• Monitor Slow moving / aged stock, collaborate with Commercial Leaders for depletion plan

• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and yearly stock take

• Coordinate VAP Repack and relabeling activities

• Manage inventory of POSM items

Logistics & Order Fulfillment:

• Process and monitor outbound orders and shipments, facilitate communication between 3PL warehouse and customers on all logistics matters to ensure timely shipment

• Manage the research and resolution of customer order discrepancies

• Manage importing requirements including documentation, certification, analyses, samples and all other related requirements

• Monthly calls with Louisville Supply Planning team to review open replenishment orders and all logistics issues

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 5-8 years experience in Supply Chain function, preferably in alcohol beverage or FMCG industries

• Good knowledge in Importation and Local Customs regulations, Logistics, S&D planning, Warehouse Management and Order Fulfillment

• Familiar with RTC process under distribution model

• Experience in ERP system e.g. SAP

• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet demands of the role; experience in MNC is preferable
