Job Description
Assists in System Lead, Senior EE engineer to do design feasibility study and complete the design concept proposal.
Design hardware solutions for the platform and system.
Work with other hardware engineers or outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions.
Conducts feasibility studies, design margin, validation analyses and empirical testing on the designs.
This role would apply developed subject matter knowledge to design, analyze, develop, modify and evaluate the key components of the platform, integrate sub-systems and firmware and hardware.
Ensure integrated circuitry based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines.
Cooperate with internal peer functions and outsourced design partners, to develop and implement parameters and test plans for the designs, including validation of hardware circuit quality/ robustness; mechanical tolerances/ assembly interference, form/fit/function, shock and vibration; electromagnetic interference; safety; reliability; thermal generation; and system power measurements and expected distribution.
Evaluates reliability of materials, properties, designs, and techniques used form prototype fabrication to production.
Executive of hardware related validation, bug tracking and trouble shooting.
