Amazon Sourcing Recruiter, Central Sourcing Team (CST) in Taguig, Philippines

Description

This is a 1-year contract role. This role will support APJC and EMEA region and will work on day and/or mid-shift. We are on a hybrid working arrangement.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is expanding a team of customer-focused Sourcing Recruiters who are interested to work with a team of Builders and have a penchant for innovation.

You will successfully manage, prioritize and source for multiple requisitions against a timeline. You should have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight the customers. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.

  • At least 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search firm across multiple countries with a focus on sourcing and candidate generation for technology roles/industries

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including but not limited to internal and external databases and using talent mapping and insights to drive sourcing.

  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.

  • Strong client focus with experience managing and prioritizing recruitment and client relationships.

  • Analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.

  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, and diversity sourcing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross cultural stakeholders.
