Fujitsu Procurement Senior Specialist in Taguig, Philippines
Key Accountabilities:
Carry out the Procurement Operations functions in line with the defined processes
Ensure systems are accurately updated, effective communication with stakeholders is maintained, and SLA indicators are met
Work closely with other team members to ensure effective handover of ongoing work when necessary.
Improve current processes and facilitate smooth cooperation within the intercompany environment.
Take independent actions on processes and in cooperation with team members
Vendor Accreditation and Supplier Enablement tasks
Supplier due diligence, on-boarding and maintenance
Analysis, coordination and processing of supplier requests and relevant information
Preparation of required reports and deliverables
Other tasks (ex. sustainability, compliance, etc.)
