JOB SUMMARY

We are recruiting anAdministratorto join the team located in Manilla, Philippines. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and supporting the full range of administrative and operational services to the Leadership Team on the Citi account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support and assist in the delivery of efficient and effective processes with an emphasis on excellent customer service

  • Support Above Base (ABQ) process tool for the account (management of tracker, approvals, reporting and coordination with teams)

  • Aligned to a defined business area offering support to the Global Leadership Team and their respective teams, providing a wide range of administrative support

  • Provide quality administration for account processes across the full employee lifecycle

  • Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies

  • Ensure administrative compliance in line wth legal and regulatory requirements

  • Participate in business/ functional projects as required

  • Generation of reports from system as required

  • Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team where required

What you'll need:

  • Highly proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Confident user of IT systems

  • Smartsheet knowledge/ experience advantageous

  • Effective communicator experienced in delivering excellent customer care to a wide range of stakeholders via telephone and email

  • Ability to effectively manage workload and priorities, multitask and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Power BI knowledge/experience advantageous but not essential
