JOB SUMMARY

We are recruiting anAdministratorto join the team located in Manilla, Philippines. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and supporting the full range of administrative and operational services to the Leadership Team on the Citi account.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support and assist in the delivery of efficient and effective processes with an emphasis on excellent customer service
Support Above Base (ABQ) process tool for the account (management of tracker, approvals, reporting and coordination with teams)
Aligned to a defined business area offering support to the Global Leadership Team and their respective teams, providing a wide range of administrative support
Provide quality administration for account processes across the full employee lifecycle
Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies
Ensure administrative compliance in line wth legal and regulatory requirements
Participate in business/ functional projects as required
Generation of reports from system as required
Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team where required
What you'll need:
Highly proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
Confident user of IT systems
Smartsheet knowledge/ experience advantageous
Effective communicator experienced in delivering excellent customer care to a wide range of stakeholders via telephone and email
Ability to effectively manage workload and priorities, multitask and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Power BI knowledge/experience advantageous but not essential
