Overview of the job

The Integration Engineer/Solution Architect owns the development of Integration Architecture to connect business applications across clouds/hosting in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Require deep technical expertise and knowledge of common integration patterns and ability to apply the same optimally in technology architecture and business scenarios. The Integration Architect must be able to assess the business needs and develop the integration solution while working with Global business and technical teams across integration technologies, cloud hosting, network, and security.

Responsibilities of the role

• Evaluate business requirements and available integration technologies and propose strategic solution.

• Develop hands-on POC and evaluation of integration Technologies in individual scope.

• Architect and design technical and business integration architecture applying combination of core integration patterns including– API, orchestration, messaging, B2B.

• Ability to analyse the efficiency of architecture and solutions and recommend improvement.

• Ability to assess integration needs for business solutions and design/architect and communicate solutions.

• Design and code the Integration solutions for non-production deployment.

• Collaborating in multi-functional teams to evaluate business activities, and then develop innovative and effective approaches to tackle team’s Integration problems and communicate results and methodologies.

• Lead technical execution of sophisticated integration initiatives.

• Develop technical roadmaps and architecture for integration solutions.

• Collaborate across teams to deliver Integration Solutions at Enterprise Scale

• build and communicate Architecture using Modelling tools like Visio.

• Ability to develop solutions using Integration tools to build prototypes across technologies.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

• 5+ years Integration and Enterprise Architecture experience in large Enterprises

• Min 2 years of development experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Computer Science/Information Systems

• Experience should ideally include expertise in 2+ areas below:

• API Management – Azure-APIM/APIGEE or similar

• Enterprise Integration Platforms like SAP Integration Suite PI/PO, Cloud IPaaS – BOOMI, MuleSoft.

• External Connectivity EDI-B2B communication

• Cloud native integration in Azure, Google Cloud, AWS

• Messaging standards & protocols – SOAP/REST, JMS, AMQP, XML/JSON

• Development: Java/.net, JavaScript, Python, .NET, C#, C++

• SAP Integration experience desirable
