We are looking for a charismatic and influential mid-level Technical Recruiter based in Tacoma, WA or Santa Clara, CA on an initial 4-6 months contract to join our Americas Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Manager, Americas Talent Acquisition. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers across our technical teams, predominantly in Canada and USA, owning and driving the end-to-end recruitment process to enable Infoblox to hire and onboard top performing talent. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and direct sourcing Primarily responsible for technical reqs, but requires team player who will eagerly work on other reqs as needed Use direct sourcing techniques to attract best in class talent Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns Drive offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR, and Orientation teams Ensure a positive candidate experience while identifying candidate risks, proactively moving candidates through the recruiting process, driving hiring managers to a decision, and negotiating offers Update, input, and maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and status of candidate records in the applicant tracking system Conduct various research projects and prepare recruiting reports as needed Utilize our HR and Talent Acquisition systems to ensure new hires have a world class onboarding experience What You'll Bring: 5+ years progressive recruiting experience, with at least some experience working in a recruitment agency Experience hiring for top tier enterprise tech talent with the ability to quickly screen candidate to identify a great cultural and skillset fit Advanced proficiency in the use of applicant tracking systems, internet search techniques, and a keen eye for detail when completing onboarding and recruitment tasks Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environmentExperience coaching and partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process Sound sourcing approach with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions Sharp interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities Solid technology industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and passionate about Infoblox technology Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as ext
