Overview: The TAC Recruiter will work on creative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract retail and skilled trade professionals within the manufacturing field for a composite material client. The Recruiter would be identified as a "go-getter" who can build and maintain professional networks and isn't afraid to reach out of their comfort zone to attract top talent. Someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and putting their unique skills into play wherever they are needed. Location: Remote Responsibilities: Heavy Client Services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for primarily nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of recent high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience in the manufacturing field. Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives Extreme sense of urgency Detailed Oriented Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices Excellent customer service delivery Strong presentation skills verbal and in person Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Salary Range: The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $23.00 and $32.00 per hour. The full range for the position is $20.00 and $32.00 per hour. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law.
