MultiCare Health System Physician-Pulmonary/Crit Care in Tacoma, Washington

FTE: 1.0, Shift: Variable, Schedule: Variable Salary Minimum: $386,405.00 - Salary Maximum: $429,339.00 As a ten-member group, we rotate through our intensive care units that specialize in neurocritical, cardiovascular, and medical critical care. The balance of outpatient pulmonary to intensivist/consults is about 50% each. The group is adding due to planned inpatient and outpatient growth. Our team works closely and in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and providers. We have 40+ ICU beds that we manage with a closed ICU model with a highly skilled advanced practice provider team as part of the group. Our clinic is conveniently located across the street from Tacoma General Hospital with amazing staff and medical assistant/nurse, respiratory therapist collaboration. Three full pulmonary function labs are located within the office. We enjoy ease of procedural scheduling with the latest bronchoscopy equipment and a close relationship with our interventional pulmonologist and the cancer institute.
