The Role As Media Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients for media and Talent Advisory opportunities, building relationships with those clients and designing and deploying solutions for them. This will initially be done through identifying media opportunities and then building into wider Talent Advisory solutions. Opportunities will be identified through existing PeopleScout client relationships and wider client prospects in the US market. You will: Drive TA growth in the US market via strategic and tactical media solutions Own and drive client expansion strategies into wider TA solutions Build and drive the reputation of PeopleScout in the US as a leader in TA and media solutions Identify and build senior level client relationships and operate at this level on a daily basis to drive revenue and growth Drive and deliver against financial goals for our clients Own the 'go-to-market' approach for clients Create and develop new ways of working that enable better, faster and more efficient solutions to be deployed Work with the wider PeopleScout business to drive the conversion of proposals Accurate forecasting and P&L reporting Who we're looking for: A proven sales and networking client leader with demonstrable expertise in the US recruitment and employer brand media market, you will have experience of building successful client relationships and networking in the market to identify growth opportunities. You will: Be a proven expert in the US recruitment media landscape with 5 years plus experience Have an entrepreneurial approach with the ability to develop and grow pipelines with minimal oversight Have effective organisational and planning skills with a structured approach Have the ability to work within a matrix model and build business critical relationships with teams across the organization Ideally, you'll also have: Demonstrable experience of driving digital, social and technology enabled solutions Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $89,200 and $111,500 per year, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law.
