An Indirect Lending Manager to join our team! As the Indirect Lending Manager, you will also provide leadership and direction for the department staff and activities including oversight of processing, underwriting, and funding of a full range of indirect consumer loans within lending authority limits. You will approve/decline loans and terms within established limits and policies of the Credit Union and serve as a resource for staff in handling complex questions and/or resolve non-routine problems including more complex escalated member calls. Learn more about our company culture here! As a Indirect Lending Manager you will... Direct the daily workflow in the Indirect Lending department. Act as a resource for staff and members to answer complex questions and/or resolve non-routine problems that may arise. Handle more complex escalated member issues in order to resolve in the most satisfactory manner for all parties concerned. Maintain positive dealer relationships. Coordinate events for staff and dealer relations. Assist with creation and updating policy and procedures with regard to Consumer Lending department. Maintain awareness of current trends in consumer credit financing. Participate in processing, funding, and servicing of indirect loans and direct (on a limited basis) consumer loans within lending authority limits; evaluate background information including employment history, credit history and debt to income ratio of applicants for indirect loans, lines of credit, and VISA credit cards (on a limited basis). Make credit decisions; approve/decline loans; evaluate risk; determine collateral needs and set terms for approved and modification of loans or identify reasons for denial. Review title reports and loan documentation. Resolve fraud and/or straw purchases. Open new accounts obtained through indirect lending program; input relevant information into Indirect and host computer system; prepare and send Welcome Packets for new members obtained through indirect lending program; audit indirect loan files as assigned, to ensure compliance; respond to member inquiries regarding consumer loans. Update the Loan Origination System, as needed. Ensure all information in the CRM tool is regularly updated and organized. Maintain servicing of Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) and Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP). Qualifications Our ideal candidate will brin
