Description

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Healthcare HR Generalist in Tacoma, Washington, 98402, United States. This role focuses on a variety of HR functions and will be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Administering full cycle recruiting to attract top talent for different roles within the organization

• Creating and delivering offer letters to selected candidates ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

• Managing the onboarding process to provide a smooth transition for new hires

• Handling employee relations and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Coordinating various benefit functions, including open enrollment and benefits coordination

• Ensuring compliance with various legal requirements such as FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers compensation

• Maintaining accurate personnel files and records in compliance with HR regulations

• Utilizing Bamboo and MS Office for various HR tasks and processes

• Overseeing compensation & benefits to ensure fairness and equity within the organization

• Managing Washington Paid Sick Leave program in accordance with state law.

Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar.

• Proficiency in Benefit Functions is required.

• Strong Communication skills are essential.

• Compliance knowledge and experience is crucial.

• Experience in Employee Relations is necessary.

• Familiarity with FMLA regulations.

• Proficiency in using Bamboo HR software.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Experience with ADA Accommodations.

• Experience in managing Open Enrollment processes.

• Proficiency in Benefits Coordination.

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits.

• Knowledge of HR Compliance rules and regulations.

• Experience in Onboarding new employees.

• Proficiency in Personnel File Maintenance.

• Experience in Recruitment, specifically at the executive level.

• Knowledge of Workers Compensation laws and regulations.

• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting.

• Experience in a HealthCare Environment is beneficial.
