Position Overview:
Role: General Laborer
Location: Concrete Technology Corporation in the Port Of Tacoma
Pay: $22.38 per hour, with potential for overtime and shift premiums.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts vary weekly and can start as early as 3:00 AM. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and handling materials.
Adapt to working in varying weather conditions and environments.
Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Experience with basic hand tools and the ability to read a tape measure.
Must join the Laborers' Union, Local 252, upon hire.
Ability to pass a standard drug test and background check (including THC testing).
