Partner with Total Rewards Team Leader to determine wellness offerings to support our employees and the overall goals of the organization. Provide leadership and direction to the Employee Healthy Life Committee, made up of employees from all locations. Lead our employee ergonomics program across all locations. Direct the operations of the physical well-being spaces and fitness rooms across all locations. Essential Responsibilities: * In collaboration and with oversight from the Total Rewards Team Leader, this position will design and administer employee wellness programs and activities to improve employees' well-being, including physical, emotional, social, and financial health as well as to maximize employee engagement in workplace wellness programs and initiatives. * Plan and implement classes, speakers, seminars, personal training, and fitness assessments that promote healthy lifestyles. Schedule and coordinate group offerings (benefits/wellness fair, flu shot clinics, and biometrics screenings). * Manage the employee ergonomics program to ensure employees have the resources for proper set-up of their workspace. Address requests for ergonomic assessment timely and coordinate with the Leave of Absence team for requests for ergonomic equipment. * Prepare and/or present offerings to employees at various meetings including, new employee orientation, all employee meetings, Customer Connection, etc. * Establish and maintain vendor relationships and contracts and ensure programs stay within budget. * Assess the effectiveness of wellness programs and vendors in meeting their projected outcomes. Modify programs that reflect the changing needs of the employees. * Work with Internal Communications to develop wellness content and create materials for the marketing and promotion of wellness activities. * Lead the Employee Healthy Life Committee and assist in the coordination of employee programs and activities, including managing the budget. * Conduct periodic surveys and/or annual program review and outcomes analyses to assess the effectiveness of offerings in meeting their projected outcomes. * Lead the implementation and review of our employee rewards program. * Administer the I Live the Values and other employee recognition programs. * Work closely with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Program Manager to ensure wellness offerings address a diverse population. Meet with ERGs annually to gather feedback on offerings and/or provide wellness programs overviews.
