Channel Sales Sr. Manager
Roles and Responsibility
Plan, own and execute Transformation to One Commercial Channel model for Japan Region
Enable common commercial channel team with new/ harmonized process, way of working and tools.
Provide business directions to the sellers in the Japan Market
Drive the One Lenovo business interlock & development
Drive channel expansion
Establish and develop an account management strategy
Requirement for the role:
Strong commercial channel experience (at least 10 years)
P&L Management Experience
Strong understanding of Enterprise Hardware and Infrastructure Solutions
Strong project management skills / building new organizations
Entrepreneurial ability and dealing with ambiguity and change
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence multiple cross region stakeholders
Capability to review and propose digitization through tools and technology
Strong experience in leadership and people management
Demonstrable understanding of the Enterprise Infrastructure and the PC business
Business English and Japanese skills
