The Financial Analyst, Treasury & Accounting is responsible for treasury tasks and analysis, in addition to accounting duties and analysis, for the company businesses in Latin America.

As our Financial Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Preparing & applying Customers Collections Receipts in Oracle.

  • Working jointly with the Accounts Receivables & Payables team to improve collections and payment terms.

  • Preparing Monthly Cash & Banks Reconciliations.

  • Company Netting – Monthly analysis and reports, as a required review with LAM Controller.

  • Preparing Monthly Cashflow information and report, reviewing it with LAM controller.

  • Preparing and presenting Collections and Payments reports by quarter for local Financial Requirement for Argentina and Brazil.

  • Analyzing and put in practice all the Company Treasury internal processes, related with Financial internal requirements and rules.

  • Analyzing cash needs and risks with LAM Controller in order to find out funding alternatives with Company Global Treasury Team.

  • Understanding each local Financial Market new rule with impact in local business (BCRA/BCB (Central Banks Brazil/Argentina).

  • Preparing KPIs related to this activity to do a follow up to LAM controller.

    What we will love about your background:

  • Must be able to perform arithmetic functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

  • Must possess average reasoning skills.

  • Must be able to work with a high-level of autonomy, experienced with regional supervision.

  • Must have a deep knowledge of treasury and cash rules in Brazil and Argentina.

  • Must be able to generate reports in languages as Portuguese, Spanish and English.

  • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures in Latin American countries.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent area (accounting, economics, business)

  • Must have a minimum of ten years of experience in treasury and accounting roles

  • A post-degree level in Finance related area is desirable
