We are looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist.

This professional will act as the focal point between LATAM technology teams and both regional and global teams in Cybersecurity, Compliance, and other related teams, contributing to governance and the execution of strategic security and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point between LATAM technology teams and Cybersecurity, Compliance, and other stakeholders.

• Support the management of governance processes, including vulnerabilities and risk management and security controls.

• Ensure alignment with global security and regulatory compliance policies.

• Develop reports and indicators to support decision-making for regional and global stakeholders.

• Provide support for audits and certifications – when required.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), with a focus on IT governance and security processes.

• Knowledge of vulnerability management and risk management.

• Familiarity with audits (PCI-DSS, PCI-PIN, PCI-CP, SOC, etc.).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Advanced Spanish – desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global and regional teams.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously.

• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented.

• Adaptability and strategic thinking.

Differentiators (Desirable):

• Certifications in GRC or information security (e.g., CRISC, ISO 31000, CGEIT, CISSP, CISM).

• Previous experience with security and compliance audits (PCI, SOC, or others).

• Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, or ITIL.
