We are searching for the best talent for a Demand Planning and Integrated Business Coordinator which can be in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or Chile.
As a Demand Planning and Integrated Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process within the LATAM region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an accurate demand plan while supporting local clusters in building the essential capabilities to address events, risks, and opportunities that could impact the demand plan. You will also represent LATAM in meetings with Global Planning teams to collaborate on projects, processes, templates, and standardization efforts across the region. Additionally, this position involves monitoring IBP and demand KPIs, such as MAPE and BIAS, by analyzing root causes and implementing actions to enhance results. You will also be tasked with developing processes, training, and system improvements for the region.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate LATAM IBP process, assuring we have the correct drumbeat in place and following IBP playbook
Facilitate the sharing of demand and IBP best practices, deliver system improvements and process training to the clusters
Responsible for continuous improvement on forecast accuracy through a robust and consistent IBP process
Manage process improvement projects, such as Signify and Anaplan
Develop / deploy knowledge to Demand Planning SMEs to increase their capability and achieve better results through community of practices
Analyze and control MAPE and BIAS results, identify main offender and root cause, develop action plan with cluster to improve results
Control tower governance owner for Demand Planning to collect opportunities and insights being responsible for assuring demand parameters are properly updated and aligned with business strategy to guarantee system adherence
Benchmark internally and externally to improve processes and productivity, share and implement new ideas to simplify operation
Understand local planning needs (through participation in the process, active listening and assessments with clusters and franchises) to implement solutions that will add value to their daily activities
Develop/ Deploy/ Adoption of regional standard processes and tools with std transactions and/or introducing new processes and policies based on their functional expertise, benchmarking, innovation and lean principles.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Bachelor in engineering, business administration, logistics or similar.
+6 years in supply planning related experience.
IBP / S&OP structure or implementation related experience.
Excel advanced (Macros).
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate).
Demand planning related experience.
Database analysis skills.
Strong knowledge in ERP & Planning systems.
Leadership Skills with strong ability to plan and execute projects.
Problem Solver, Effective communication, courageous, Assertiveness and Pragmatism.
English and Spanish advanced
Preferred:
Medical Devices experience
APICS Certification
