Analista de SDR (inside sales) - Júnior

Será responsável por prospectar novos clientes por meio de ligações, disparo de e-mails e social media (LinkedIn). Seu objetivo é o de qualificar as possíveis demandas da sua carteira de prospects e conectá-los com um ISR para dar sequência às etapas comerciais. Em outras palavras, você será responsável por alimentar o funil de vendas da Iron Mountain com novas oportunidades de negócio semanalmente.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS

  1. Responsável por relacionar com o cliente, prospectar, realizar vendas e fechar negócios;

  2. Responsável por atender prontamente o cliente, manter estreita colaboração com os clientes para determinar suas necessidades, responder às perguntas sobre nossos produtos e recomendar as soluções certas;

  3. Conduzir o processo de vendas desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento do negócio;

  4. Seguir e atingir as metas de vendas do departamento mensalmente, trimestralmente e anualmente;

  5. Atender clientes e realizar apresentações via os canais de comunicação da empresa (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail, telefone etc.) sanando dúvidas e convertendo o atendimento em vendas;

REQUISITOS

*Alguma experiência com atendimento ao cliente (na área de vendas, de preferência B2B)

*Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo

*Experiência com vendas consultivas B2B por telefone;

*Pacote Office
