*Location: * SAP Labs Latin America - São Leopoldo, Brazil (hybrid)

In this role, you’ll :
Provides first level assessment of expense reports in compliance to client’s subscription, policies, and procedures.
Utilizes tools and systems proficiently to process expense reports.
Documents and recommends necessary corrections and additional requirements to complete process in a timely manner.
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Maintain confidentiality, including, but not limited to, end-user financial information and client policies and procedures
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Have the interpretation skills to perform analysis and approval of expense reports, based on guidelines and processes related to client’s policies. Stay productive, connected to your work team.
Who you are:
We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on teamwork and are energized by lifelong learning.
University student enrolled to Business Administration, Accountability or related areas
Advanced English skills (written & spoken)
Experience with activities administration and process is a plus
Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
