What is the job about?
Responsibility for the planning of stocks and material inbound supply to EMEA DC planning points while balancing product availability and inventory efficiency.
Ensure product availability for our customers
Ensure right stock levels with an efficient stock ratio and minimum level of slow-moving products
Ensure short lead times for our customers and maintain them in the system
Product segmentation process – review of our product segmentation twice a year
Coordinate and improve inbound flow with suppliers and 3PL CEVA (distribution center)
Close cooperation with Grundfos factories, suppliers, Group Purchase, CEVA (distribution center), Sales, Product Management, Group Supply Chain
Scope of action and decision-making:
- Ensuring product availability, inventory management, planning of seasonal developments and sales campaigns, considering available storage capacity at 3PL, prioritizing and coordinating with production and suppliers
What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you have:
International business or economics degree or equivalent
Previous experience in supply chain planning is an advantage
Good knowledge about planning systems and processes (SAP)
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English language
