Emerson Process Engineer in SZÉKESFEHÉRVÁR, Hungary
SUMMARY OF ROLE:

You, as Assembly Process Engineer supports daily assembly activities with continuous and effective engineering assistance. Execute projects aimed at the continuous development of machinery, production equipment, and testers related to different assembly cells at the Actuation Technologies Business Unit at Szekesfehervar.
Besides take the responsibility for cost saving initiatives, the planning & execution of capital investments and for the maintenance and improvement of production equipment in accordance with lean standards.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
• Continuously analyzing, reporting, and initiating corrective actions for technical and assembly technology issues arising in production.
• Technical preparatory work to fulfill the assembling tasks.
• Support the plant to reach its quality and productivity developmental aims.
• Take part in Product or Project introduction processes.
• Create and maintain traceability process for certification.
• Assist as a trainer / mentor to production operators in the usage and interpretation of drawings, process procedures, and work instructions.
• Conducting technical training for the assembly line.
• Determine and introduce the process developments to the future projects.
• Active participation in continuous development, cost reduction and capital investment projects.
• Support the development of production processes, the optimization and reduction of construction time.
• Support the development and procurement of new and used manufacturing tools.
• Manage and control maintenance contracts of production equipment.
• Preparing engineering materials for decision-making and representing decisions at all organizational levels.
• Collaborating with external engineering teams as necessary.
• Performing other tasks as required based on qualifications and experience, as well as those inherently associated with the job role.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
• Degree in Engineering or other relevant field, and/or appropriate combination of experience and education
• Fluent in English
• ISO 9001 knowledge
• PC skills, MS-Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
• Preferred of three to five years of experience on the manufacturing and/or quality area of a manufacturing company
• Oracle knowledge preferably
• Atex preferable
