Shaffer Building Services, Inc. Service Technician in Syracuse, New York
Seeking candidates with experience in roofing application and service. Experience with single-ply membrane systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC), built-up, and modified bitumen applications preferred. Candidates with other building trades experience will be considered as well as candidates exhibiting strong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled trade. Will train the right individual. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work comfortably at height, safely negotiate and work from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work platforms. Must be able to work within a fast paced and diverse team environment. Must be 18 years or older. OSHA 10 hour certification a plus.
