Adecco Healthcare is in search of a distinguished Medical Director to spearhead our client's innovative healthcare initiatives in Syracuse, NY - 13057. This role offers the unique chance to shape the future of patient care in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 8am-5pm

• Flexible hybrid work-from-home options for administrative tasks

• No on-call

• No weekends

Base Compensation

• $325,000+ annually (depending on experience), with additional incentive opportunities

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics.

• Current, unrestricted New York State medical license.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care.

• Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.

• Passion for integrated care models and collaborative approaches with behavioral health providers.

• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocacy for underserved populations.

• Expertise in treating patients across all age groups (currently serving 12+, with potential to expand).
