PDS Tech Inc Mechanical Engineer II in Syracuse, New York

Let’s go to work . . . exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer II in Syracuse NY. You will:

  • Provide engineering design and analysis for all types of gas distribution engineering projects.

  • Prepare general layout and final construction drawings for projects of all types.

  • Prepare assembly and detail designs of mechanical and structural projects, designing dimensional details to avoid interference with equipment and structural members, and prepare bill of materials for major and minor parts of construction projects.

  • Have experience with AutoCad, MicroStation, ArcGIS, BlueBeam and/or other typical industry design software is required.

  • Previous gas utility engineering experience is preferred.

  • Must have BS engineering degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

  • NY State Engineering License is preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $65.00 per hour
