SUNY Upstate Medical University Licensed Psychologist in Syracuse, New York
Job Summary:
The Psychologist performs assigned diagnostic and behavior intake evaluations to triage children for evaluations and services. Completes diagnostic evaluations according to accepted clinical practices and agency policies; participates in post-conference sessions, family conferences, and follow-up procedures; prepares all written documentation; tracks evaluation process; performs liaison activities with families, involved agencies, and professionals; writes team summaries; Provides developmentally appropriate recommendations for services and follow-up.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Psy.D. and NYS Psychologist license required by time of appointment. Excellent clinical, consultative and written/oral communication skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience working with children with neurodevelopmental differences, demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary teams.
Work Days:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
