Syracuse University Director of Operations in Syracuse, New York
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Director of Operations will coordinate the effective and efficient day-to-day operations for the CFO and the division. The Director will routinely collaborate with members of the CFO leadership team, members of the Board of Trustees and external stakeholders. As a trusted advisor to the CFO, this role requires a highly resourceful individual, with strong emotional intelligence, superior analytical skills and unimpeachable ethics. The Director must be adept at creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships, monitoring and disseminating information, and functioning in a dynamic environment. The role has a high degree of visibility and requires judgement, discretion, diplomacy, political acumen and positive attitude.
