Syracuse University Campus Program Specialist in Syracuse, New York
The Office of financial Literacy is integrated into the campus academic and co-curricular experience and is under the supervision of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship Programs. The Financial Literacy Campus Program Specialist will have direct responsibility over an institutional funding program and will be involved in comprehensive program assessment. The Campus Program Specialist will collaborate on the creation and curation of resources for student financial literacy and create program offerings that will align with the University's status as a premier experimental lab. This includes conducting a meta-analysis of best practices, staying current on the research in psychology of spending, and assisting in the development of positive money management behaviors. The Financial Literacy Campus Program Specialist will also assist with scheduling and presenting workshops covering student financial literacy subject areas as well as meeting with students one-on-one.
