Syracuse University Associate Dean of Academic Affairs/Professor, Associate Professor or Professor of Practice in Syracuse, New York
Syracuse University School of Information Studies (iSchool) invites applications for the position of Associate Dean for Academic Affairs/Associate Professor, Full Professor, or Professor of Practice. This position plays a significant role on the iSchool leadership team, working with the Dean, Associate Dean of Research, Associate Dean of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and senior staff to provide academic leadership for the iSchool.
The compensation range is as follows:
Professor - $136,000 - $185,000
Associate Professor - $120,000 - $150,000
Professor of Practice – $76,000-$135,000
The next Associate Dean for Academic Affairs must have the integrity, perseverance, and vision required to assist the Dean and the leadership team to address the vital issues facing the iSchool while continuing to support the unique strengths and culture that create an exceptional learning environment. The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs should be an active and visible leader, who will oversee the school’s academic programs while promoting high expectations and accountability across the iSchool.
