Robert Half has an excellent Accounts Payable Specialist job opportunity with a firm based in Syracuse, New York. This position would be great for someone who likes to stay busy as it will entail a high volume of processing client accounts payable transactions. It is an opportunity to join a growing dedicated team providing comprehensive financial services to their client base.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and code vendor bills submitted by clients.

• Download and accurately enter client credit card transactions for expenses.

• Accurately process client accounts payable transactions using Bill.com.

• Manage the accounts payable ledger and assist with month-end closings.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements

Must have experience with bill.com

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and/or payroll processing.

Must be familiar with using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
