Job Description

EAG has a great remote opportunity for anAccounting Administratorto join the Finance Shared Services team.

Key responsibilities:

• Create invoices for multiple sites
• Provide invoicing support toteam members both in and outside of the Shared Services team
• Coordinate purchase order activity with multiple sites
• Assist with collections as needed
• Ad hoc individual assignments and team projects

Qualifications

• 1 - 3years of Accounting or related experience
• Self-starter, proactive, organized, and ability to work independently
• Passion for continuous learning, growth, improvement, and development
• Highly analytical and inquisitive orientation to research business issues and identify solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a natural desire to create and strengthen relationships, collaborate on teams, and provide excellent customer service
• A curiosity and strong desire to leverage technology; strong proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite,especially Excel

The successful candidate will:

• Plan, organize and prioritizeto complete multiple tasks or projects

Thisposition works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject toITAR(International Traffic in Arms Regulations).All accepted applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR:

U.S. Citizen

Additional Information

Compensation: $19/hr. - $22/hr.(Salary is commensurate with experience and degree of expertise.)
