Amazon WFS Staffing Lead, WFS APAC in Sydney, Australia
Description
Our WFS Staffing Lead are primarily responsible for high volume hiring and delivery of Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement.
Key job responsibilities
Agency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrity
Management of Labour Order Fill rate.
End to end Green Badge pool management. This requires partnership with Operations and delivering the daily fill rates and providing all required information.
Ability to interpret data and provide business reports
Partners with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions
Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of human resources experience
Experience with HR processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
